This week I got a funny email in my inbox. It was in fact an assignment. The email only contained the following mp3 file attached:

(he is briefing me in dutch with a very french accent...)

In fact the guy wanted me to make a snippet in E minor using the chord B as well. He will use this snippet for his test of solfege, he wanted me to use midi, but hey that would be too easy. So I've played some guitar and bass and came up with something nice.

Let the good times roll! Like my colleague Ox is saying all the time.
And in fact he's right.
I am in an optimistic mood for the moment, the Seville madness is over, a small VJ set is coming up and there may even be a show in Cochin's cricket stadium in Kerala...
What could you want more? A nice narkoba snippet for example?

Still having the blues! A new snippet, this time a lex remix (the best of the best) of the No More My Lord snippet posted earlier.
Lex and I made this version a couple of weeks ago, and I was hesitating a bit to put it on the site. But Lex was constantly asking me to put it up.

I am having the blues people! Recently I saw a nice documentary made by Martin Scorsese presenting the blues. Immediately I was hooked. I've found a nice collection of songs recorded at the Mississippi State Penitentiary in 1947. I liked it so much so I decided to make a snippet out of it: No More My Lord!

Malayalam is one of the 22 official languages in India. It is spoken by 35.9 million people.
The track was composed and recorded in collaboration with Matthew from the Allepy band called Manthra. we have done the tracking together last week in Nijmegen (Holland).
